As framing finishes on the modules for our targeted LEED Platinum model homes, the factory is quickly moving towards checking to see that everything fits correctly. The modules are built individually. Their sizes are constrained by what can fit on a trailer, and be transported on a highway. So, once the framing on a module is done, the module is placed on top of, or next to its adjoining module before it is sent off to its destination.

Greenfab’s modular home is the first to be certified LEED Platinum in the State of Washington. The home is part of Greenfab’s 1300 Series now available nationwide at Greenfab.com. Greenfab’s homes are not only healthier and stronger but are also completed 50% faster then traditional homes built on-site.
