Evernote (Free) > Let’s say you are thinking about building a custom, modular home with Greenfab. With Evernote, you can create a file of ideas you want to incorporate. So, when you are driving through town, and see a home you love, take a picture of it with your smart phone and save the picture to a designated folder in Evernote. Additionally, when you are surfing the web and come across an article that mentions something you want to incorporate into your design, save it to that same folder in Evernote. Have a random thought? Save a voicenote to that same folder. There are thousands of ways to use this simple tool. You can download it for your desktop at http://evernote.com/download/. Make sure you also download the Web Clipper at http://evernote.com/webclipper/

Whitepages has the unique ability to do a “Reverse Address Look-up.” This will give you the person’s name and phone number if you are more comfortable with that.
