This locale is right in my neighborhood. I can’t wait to get a tour of this place. What is the R-value of the walls and windows? Will living in a greenfab house be energy-economical where heating bills are concerned? This time of year I think about that a lot! Is it plumbed for gas, or is it all electric? What about water heating systems?
And now for the really big question: How affordable is affordable and what is the square footage of this place?
